In a case brought by a convicted child molester suing to have his decision overturned on the basis that the State of Oklahoma doesn't have jurisdiction on federal land ... SCOTUS agrees that 130 years of broken treaties and laws passed based on the assumption of the same does not actually make a reservation disappear.

Gorsuch + the four liberals for, the other conservatives against.
