I've always had guns. I'm 64. My first firearm was a gift from dad when I

was 10.

I've never owned a handgun though. Just me, and the old I get the less I enjoy the noise and recall of a firearm.

I feel safe, and my firearms have zero to do with it. Hell, my bedroom is so far removed from where my guns are, a homebreak would mean the thief got five guns to shoot me with long before I'd reach them. Although if (s)he grabbed my muzzleloader, i'd have like 5 minutes to escape safely:).
