As it has been stated, Clyburn rescued Joe's campaign, and there's a


favor in there.

But more to the point, an African-American would likely seal Michigan and PA and make NC and GA competitive. It is less getting +90 percent of the African American vote as it is driving that vote in high numbers in Detroit and Philly and Charlotte and Atlanta. To understand this, take Detroit where the voters stayed home in 2016. Hillary lost there by 16,000. Detroit area votes dropped off by well over 100,000 in precincts that went 80-20 Dem. Milwaukee area in Wisconsin told a similar story. Hillary lost WI by 10,000 votes.

Hispanic voters (and turnout) will likely determine AZ and possibly Florida.
