I agree BUT there's probably a 3 strikes law in LA. Sounds like this was


his 4th felony.

The problem is the felonization of a lot of petty theft and other relatively minor property crimes. Maybe only two of those convictions, the armed robbery and the burglary, should have been felonies. Maybe even just the armed robbery.
