So do we need some other country's Jimmy Carter to come over here

to observe our election / process in November? Pretty sad state of affairs right now - this place really is a dumpster fire. Third World shit, really.

But here's a random thought. Is part of Jimmy Carter actually happy that he will no longer be the worst president in modern American history? If it ended today, I think Donald J Trump would go down as the worst president in history period... forget about limiting it to our lifetimes.

Another random thought. The last 2 one-term presidents voted out of office were succeeded by people who did the job pretty well for two terms. I don't think we'd see that with Sleepy Joe, though, given the age. I'd be happy to elect a "caretaker" president at this point though (to borrow a phrase from the Premier League).
