I was discussing the guy who got winged with the gun in his hand at work

this morning. Story is that he was providing medical attention to some earlier
in the crowd. Not sure he was looking to pop Rittenhouse but actually try to
disarm him and maybe use the weapon for motivation for Rittenhouse to stand
down at that point. He definitely could have popped him before he got so
close to Rittenhouse. My initial assumption was that he was looking for the head
kill shot, but not so sure now.
