from me accordingly. It sounds like you've actually walked the walk. I just think you're buying a mischaracterization of what BLM stands for. Looting, burning and shooting are not parts of their mission statement and I sure as shit don't support those things either. But people are fed up and have a right to be angry and certainly have a right to make their voices heard, which is what I think BLM stands for.

Most of the demonstrations I have seen have been peaceful and purpose-driven. The fact that some assholes may show up to break shit or hurt people doesn't mean BLM is to be discredited or their message associated with violence. People process anger and disappointment in different ways, and I think it's high time we as a nation confront the problems that led to BLM rather than buy into this narrative that black folks are overpoliced and abused for a reason (e.g., look at all the references from various racist pukes on this board referring to them as "animals" for an example).
