Yeah, just re-rented my rental property with a lease start date of tomorrow

Previous tenants moved out Sept 15th, so only a 15 day lapse. The 10% commission sucks, but I'm getting a really good rental rate (full asking price) for the 2nd year in a row.
If real estate takes a hit, I may look to buy up a few more properties and have that be my retirement gig. I don't mind the minor repair/fixer-upper work, but its a little tough to balance with my current job. The work from home makes it a lot easier though. But in retirement, I could probably manage a lot of the basic repairs myself.
