It is about optimism that the pandemic might be over by mid next year. Doesn’t make much mention of warp speed - the efforts to find a vaccine were already at warp speed when Trump hitched his caboose to it, but I agree, it certainly doesn’t hurt.

Of course it also talks about the benefits that the country is seeing by ignoring Trump’s histrionics about masks and social distancing, and is doing those things anyway.

And if Trump’s warp speed efforts had focused on testing and tracing, we might well have significantly fewer than 215,000 deaths right now.
