I would guess less than that would need to be tossed if more Ossoff votes
were tossed than his, and 50% of a smaller number would have him needing fewer votes, but I was told there would be no math.
I know it's rare, and I get why you need run-offs, but I can't be the only one that thinks a 50% threshold is too high. Third party candidate only got 115K votes (2.3%), and the spread was well beyond recount levels, yet a state has to take on all that expense anyway.
