lawyers represent creeps with horrible cases all the time in America. Fucking al Qaeda, Anthony Weiner and O.J. Simpson have attorneys -- high-powered, respected attorneys -- representing them. That's a good system, and I'm sure you'd agree if you were involved in a legal dispute.

The fact that the left is now threatening the attorneys of its political opponents -- while not surprising in the least -- is a terrible precedent for America regardless of what you might think of the merits of the case at hand. To my knowledge, none of the current allegations have been resolved in court yet and, regardless, the fact is that neither you nor I know how strong or weak that case is. We have courts -- with parties represented by counsel -- to settle matters like this. The alternative means of settling disputes is far worse.
