He could play, but he's already been removed from the roster so it seems


there is no doubt he's gone. And certainly no indication we've seen from Bronco or reports to think differently.

A player could absolutely take their name out of the portal to return, but once in, there's no guarantee the program has to take you back. I'm sure it happens, but have to think that's quite rare for a player to come back once they put their name in the portal. Granted most that do that, do so because they know their opportunities are limited at that program, or are ready to move on.
