I really fear the Democrat response to all of this 11th hour chicanery...

Where does this lead?

I see greater division, partisanship and bending the game to suit the powers in charge.

Thank goodness for checks and balances and they have never been more important than now, but systemic ethics can only compensate for so much of a deficiency in the real thing.

I hope I'm wrong.
