I didn’t get from reading their comment that they would even say Texas had standing. But perhaps in a case like this the question of standing must be decided before a bill of complaint could be filed.

I do get pretty annoyed at all the stupid name-calling and outrage particular around supreme court justices who for the most part are incredibly smart people and when the vast majority of supreme court cases don’t break down on political/ideological lines like people seem to assume that they do.
