(and have not looked) if in some past controversial cases (like MA EPA case, albeit obviously very different facts but a 5-4 case on merits) if they actually objected to standing. If not, then it really isn't that big a deal because they clearly have a consistently different interpretation of original jurisdiction. So be it. But it would be very interesting to see cases where they have objected to standing. Perhaps they don't exist.
