If her record is clean, maybe even “less”, although the seriousness of the coup attempt in which she participated, and the fact that she traveled down the road to treason for personal gain, should also be considered. If she herself thought better of selling the laptop, that too would be considered in her favor in a penalty phase, I’d think.
