Well standby for flights usually means the person is already at the

airport. With these shots everyone is scheduled in 15 minute intervals so short notice wouldn’t work unless the people were on site. Otherwise you are trying to fit replacements into time slots already reserved and backing everything up. Like what happens at your doctors office when they work people in.
