Ex-President Loser is already ducking a standing challenge by Rick Reilly.

Both bring a $100K cashiers check made out to the favorite charity of the other. They play on a course not owned by Ex-President Loser. Neither can bring their own caddie. USGA officials walk the course with them to enforce the rules.

Everyone who has played with him (except maybe Lady G) says he does major league cheating when he plays. And when I say major league cheating I mean "That ball didn't go in the water" or "Oh look it came out of the rough"-type cheating.
