Let me jump in here

In all of these cases consideration of parole is appropriate. In none of these cases was it appropriate for the Parole Board to not follow the law and make the required notifications to the CWA and the victims’ families so that they could be heard. It may seem like a long time ago to us but the victim’s families still remember their grandmother who was raped, robbed and tortured to death or their brother who was murdered by a suspect who just got out of jail for killing someone else. And what was the consequence for the chair of the parole board who failed to follow legal process in multiple cases? She was made a Judge.
