Well, one thing is for sure I think we're all going to do certain things

differently post-pandemic than we did before. Much of it will be continuation/acceleration of trends that already existed before.

I don't think I'll ever set foot in a shopping mall again, tbh. Just no need. Same goes for strip mall chain restaurants. But that was already kinda the case, and I personally can't wait to enjoy good neighborhood cafes and bars the way we did before. I also think places that have managed to innovate and up their carry out game will continue to do well, just as retailers who were ready to sell online have.

All this was happening anyways though.

What I do wonder is whether the urbanization trends we've seen for the last 20 years will reverse after this. I would certainly think twice before moving into a high-rise studio apartment in a place like NYC after this, even if I were 25 and single.
