As for these allegations, I have paid no attention to them -- mainly because I don't pay attention to Matt Gaetz -- and frankly don't care unless it's proved that he committed a crime. (Ditto for Cuomo.) Otherwise, he's just kind a showboat, but he doesn't bother me otherwise.

Gaetz has been one of the most vocal opponents not only of the left, but also of the uniparty establishment with his in-your-face criticism of Liz Cheney, daughter of the Darth Vader of the establishment. He's also a vocal Trump supporter. As such, he must now be canceled by any means necessary. (DeSantis is seeing the same.) These apparent FBI leaks smearing Gaetz are par for the course, just as they were with Trump. We'll see if they amount to anything, as they never did with Trump.

Regarding Cuomo, I think I've said two things about him: 1) me-too allegations by themselves are insufficient evidence to ruin anyone's career, IMO, and 2) Cuomo's worst failures are around his COVID response, not me-too, but even his COVID failures are somewhat forgivable (other than the cover-up) in that I don't think it's fair to blame politicians for COVID deaths (just as I've said about Trump).

Big picture, my issue isn't with the politicians themselves -- it's with the disparate media treatment of alleged transgressions by politicians depending on their party. THAT's the real issue here, IMO.

The simplest way to boil this down would be Trump vs. Cuomo. The allegations and evidence against Cuomo with respect to both me-too and COVID are vastly more damning than against Trump, but Trump has been portrayed as Literally Hitler whereas Cuomo has been given awards, book deals and treated as a hero.
