Ugh. I actually agree with her view as stated in the complaint. I agree

absolutely with the WORDS "black lives matter" but do not support the actual organization "black lives matter" for various reasons.

HOWEVER, i never thought kneeling was supporting that group. I thought it was protesting the injustices evident in our country. I also thought it was a bit of a slight against the USA. As such, I'm not sure I would kneel. Most likely I would have my hands on the shoulders of black teammates that were kneeling a sign of support. short of that, i suspect i would kneel. i would NOT stand off alone in an aloof manner
