Waste of time. I think we've seen by now that courts...

...have zero interest in addressing election 2020 malfeasance or making a decision one way or the other about the legality of the 2020 elections.

It's a tough call. On the one hand, when laws are broken, as they were in 2020, courts need to hear the cases. That's what courts are there for. When courts abdicate, you run the risk of Jan. 6 type of events when people decide to act on their own. That's unhealthy.

On the other hand, it's a negative for courts to be perceived as political (even falsely so), so perhaps the better course of action is for state legislatures -- the people's representatives -- to right the wrongs via legislation, as they are doing in Georgia, or conduct their own investigations, as they are doing in Arizona.
