They have decent credibility with normal adults and non-crybabies

who don't believe mask guidance by the CDC is part of some ulterior, nefarious motive to control the sheeple.

The CDC errs on the side of conservatism and on the side of public health with its guidance which shouldn't surprise anyone. But I don't get the obsession with ending masks. Ending capacity restrictions I get. I'm vaccinated and have pretty much returned to normal activity. I'd be annoyed if bars, restaurants, sporting events, schools, etc, were still closed. But masks just aren't that big of a deal. Have you ever explained why masks are such a big deal for you? I truly don't get it
