Jimmy Carter was a good and decent man. When it comes to my friends, folks


I do business with, what I expect from myself and ask of my family, absolutely. But to lead this country, no, competence is more important.

Clinton was not a good and decent person, but by far a better leader for this country than what we have now. His wife probably would be too, and I doubt many think she's a decent person.

Sure, I didn't like that Trump was a petty, boorish ahole. But far more competent, effective, and advancing policies much better for this country than what we're seeing now. And once you get past the tv persona, I suspect we would find very few politicians are like you describe.
