I figure that's next, as Asian labor rate goes up and Africa's

infrastructure improves, like how manufacturing has seem move from China to other parts of Asia (Philippine, Bangladesh, Vietnam, etc) over the past 10 years. In another 10, 20 years, the low cost manufacturing will probably shift to Africa. Although seems like China is the one making big infrastructure investment in Africa now.
