because of its potential a long time ago. We looked into Africa for years. Obviously, their Capital Markets aren't developed ... but their infrastructure is even more lagging. Africa is still more about microfinance right now.

Coincidentally, even with the rise of the SENSEX, Indian infrastructure still has a long way to go. 20 years ago, I visited one of India's biggest company with a handful of investors. The campus itself was amazing. However, getting there ... freaked a lot of major investors out.
