I haven’t seen that, tbh. But I think it’s fair to point out that a staff


of 90% Mountain West Mormons struggling to recruit at UVA wasn’t hard to see coming. It’s always been a bit of a weird fit culturally, and if our strategy is to try and recruit LDS kids nationally UVA isn’t exactly BYU in terms of draw.

Can’t imagine a whole staff of Southern Baptists would fit in particularly well at BYU just the same.

So not so much a problem with Mormons but more a head scratcher in terms of the hire making sense.
