Never mind the runaway deficit spending, the kowtowing to authoritarians, the demonization of the free press, the undermining of common sense public health measures during a deadly pandemic, the corruption, and…what else…how about the existential threat to our democratic system of government?

This is the pinnacle of whataboutism. Apparently the fact that inflation is surging across the world (think about that for a second) because of simple laws of supply and demand that have next to nothing to do with Biden’s policy choices is the moral equivalent of the profound threat Trump posed. Sure.
