Voter ID for ending gerrymandering. That’s the right deal.

“Ballot harvesting” means one person takes a bunch of sealed envelopes to a mail box. I know different states have different rules governing it, but basically, a bunch of old folks in a facility fill out ballots, and then one person drops them in a box. That’s ballot harvesting.

While it is a demon in republican thought, has fraud of any kind ever been tied to it? For as long as people have been complaining about it, I don’t recall ever having seen an actual problem associated with it.

For my money, there should be voter IDs, with execution that ensures all have access, and there should not be partisan gerrymandering, and they shouldn’t even be linked. This ballot harvesting stuff seems like repub doctrine without any evidence of problems backing it up.
