What do people make of the VDH data on infection rates by vaccination

status? According to the VDH website (link below), for the week ending 1/8, the rate of infection for unvaccinated people was 5,222 per 100K (more than 1 out of 20 unvaxxed people tested positive LAST WEEK). The rate of infection for partially vaccinated people was 931 per 100K, and the rate of infection for fully vaccinated people was 89 per 100K. If this data is right, unvaccinated people were 59x more likely to be infected last week than fully vaccinated people. That can't be right, can it? The last few weeks of data from VDH, if correct, would seem to indicate the vaccine is pretty damn effective at not only preventing hospitalization and death, but also at preventing infection.
