southeast corner of the county and the new single polling place is in the northwest corner of the county, for example, you can't assume the overall county average for whose votes would be affected. (Or various other differences, such as access to public transportation, etc.)

And I will repeat, none of these individual measures needs to keep a ton of people from voting. There are 159 counties in Georgia - just 100 people per county deciding they're not able or willing to make the extra effort to vote gives Trump more than the 11,780 he needs. And of course in small counties like this one compared to say, Fulton, they don't need to come anywhere near that. Get 15-20 people deciding they aren't able or willing to drive the extra 20 miles and you're chipping away at that margin.

I don't know enough details about this case (such as the numbers behind my example of where different voters live relative to the new polling place), so I suppose it's possible it's a legit change. But a partisan elections board making the change, and the extreme level (from 7 to 1 instead of, say, from 7 to 5 with solid reasons for the 2 closing), surely don't look good.
