Well two things: 1) if you actually read the law and listen
To actual legal experts it is NOT clear that the protests are illegal. They are not impeding any legal action, and as long as they remain peaceful they’re not engaging in violence or intimidation.
And 2) why would the Attorney General step into this. Shouldn’t this be handled by the local authorities? The analogy to the school board threats doesn’t hold because FBI assistance was requested in that instance.
My opinion is similar to JM’s hero Jonathan Turley. The protest at the justices homes are wrong but as long as they remain peaceful they’re not illegal.
