You'll notice how the More Gun Laws crowd conveniently ignores any


discussion on their willingness to actually enforce those gun laws. They have the gun laws in most of these cities, and yet the crime remains. You'll also notice this is the same crowd that bemoans our "prison industrial complex", how our justice system is systemically racist based solely on the outcomes (no lefties, I'm not claiming there isn't any systemic racism, let alone not any racism at all, so spare us your strawmen), how we should "defund the police", how we shouldn't prosecute "quality of life crimes", continues to vote for and defend soft on crime DA's, how we shouldn't have private prisons, etc.

If they want to be taken seriously when they propose gun laws, perhaps they could start with showing they're serious about enforcing those gun laws.
