See you finally checkmated yourself again by taking your ball and going home with a “more Justices agreed with me than agreed with you so THERE” point after spending countless hours trying to play legal scholar and coming up with all kinds of incorrect, foolish nonsense you tried to pass off as legal theories to distinguish what the court did in gun rights cases from Roe. Hey, while it highlights your intellectual dishonesty and makes you look all the more like an arrogant fool who still doesn’t realize he painted himself into a corner, it’s at least not wrong for once.

Which was the point to begin with: this is an activist court — maybe the most activist Court in history — as evidenced by their recent decisions, especially now that even Roberts can’t play damage control. One that is willing to ignore the Establishment Clause in one case, the actual language and intent behind the 2A in another, and strike down a half century old right in a third, all in a month’s time. All to satisfy the Republican party’s policy aims and nothing more.
