Yup. But the Administration is not rushing to do this (I don’t get that)

They should set it up ASAP though. Even if it’s just to provide pill prescriptions, that can be done up to like 12 weeks.

It might not survive an ultimate court challenge, but set it up and force SCOTUS to shoot it down. At least give women an option while it plays out in the courts.
