We know Trump once had confidential material, perhaps top secret ...

that's about it. We know the government asked nicely for the materials back and it was Trump who did not comply.

If this was John Smith and not Donald Trump, that house would still be being searched and John Smith would be charged.

But we should really be careful accusing Donald Trump of stealing nuclear documents. That's a serious accusation and not verified. For that, I'll give Trump the benefit of the doubt unless more information comes out.
