much different workplace dynamic now than it was. The “old school” types who refuse to evolve are finding themselves with no one who wants to work for them and major turnover issues.

There’s also the issue of clients — I have probably had to agree to 10 sets of outside counsel guidelines this past year that have diversity and inclusion requirements for staffing my matters and clients generally don’t want to pay money to the stodgy old conservative white guy firm (or feel any connection to the attorneys they get).

It’s a new world and you have to stay nimble.
