I agree. If Trump wasn't a former President, he'd be indicted already.


The evidence is clear. Unless Trump can present reasonable evidence that the Government planted the Top Secret Docs (Trump already admitted through the media the top secret docs in question are his - what an idiot) he broke the law. It's only a question of showing the evidence to the jury to get a conviction. It should be going to trial already. Donald Trump announcing his candidacy after the fact should have no bearing.

Donald Trump is lucky that the DOJ is giving such deference to a former President. It's the only reason he hasn't been indicted.
