I would not have called for a blind trust for the Hillary Hilton because it

would be as asinine as thinking one could be set up for the Trump properties. These are not stocks and other investments (a la Kerry, Mitt, etc.) that can be managed by a professional manager. So allowing others to manage those properties and being free to make decisions independently is the only realistic, and a valid alternative. He has defacto set up the equivalent of a "blind trust" by removing himself from the decisions and (hopefully) from being told what is being done and how they are performing, at least in terms of ways that could influence policy. (sadly I'm not so confident in the latter, but have yet to see any evidence where it's influenced policy)
