Again, difficult to ascertain what is actually going on behind the scenes

And maybe we don't ever find out.

Just seems like in today's world that if it's not leaked, it's not happening. The public doesn't have a right to know everything, and doesn't need to know everything. Not saying the Trump admin is mounting some terrific response here, just that we can't possibly know.

I think we would all agree that cyber warfare is an incredibly messy area. One in which the US has not done itself any favors by allowing its own hacking tools to escape the intelligence community.
