"Just talking trash" is a definite possibility

But that raises the question: How reliable a narrator is Donald Trump when he's telling Billy Bush that story? When he says "Let," does he mean "Allow" or does he mean "They don't kick or punch or scream or call 911"?

How would Harvey Weinstein characterize his activities? Surely a few of those actresses "let" him do something to them.

And as Matt said above, by the language "I don't even wait," it sounds like he was not granted consent in at least some of those cases. (Assuming, as you correctly mention, that all this happened.)
