It takes concerted legal action resulting in some sort of judgment in court, with all appeals exhausted, to get him to stop doing whatever it is he's set his mind to doing.

So Hannity giving him 24 hours, or Bannon pondering getting off the Judge Roy Moore bus, are pretty much irrelevant to how the election is going to go down.

IMO the Republicans are better off letting him run and then removing or refusing to seat him if he wins. Running Strange or somebody via write-in campaign will definitely (it seems to me) split the Republican vote sufficiently to insure Jones wins whereas not splitting it could (probably will, IMO, unfortunate as it is) still result in a Moore win, and then you can deal with the problem later.
