What's this?

Which brings up a related gripe. It is incredibly difficult to get your

hands on non-partizan information these days. When trying to look up the details of the proposal, all I can find are articles saying how good or bad it is (generally along party lines). No one seems to want to summarize the changes and let you decide for yourself.

About the only way I can find to figure out what exactly is in it, is to read the darned thing myself. No one wants to report what the bill says, they only want to report their opinion of it.
