Are you concerned that Flynn won't have access to competent counsel?

If lawyers can easily show the taint in the evidence then he has nothing to worry about. Of course, given the treasure trove of stuff apparently taken from his home, you and I have no idea what evidence is real and what evidence isn't, and what was damning and what wasn't.

Morrell seems to be saying that leaks are evidence of blind political anti-Trump bias. If the source of the leaks is the CIA, it could be people leaking to the press because they believe Trump's policies are disastrous. Which is not to defend the leaking, it is just to continue to say that there is no "Deep State" in rogue employees feeling such distress over policies that they go to the press.

Leaks have dogged every aspect of the Trump White House. Either more than other admins, or just more prominently because the Don is so incredibly sensitive to any criticism. It isn't just the CIA and it isn't just foreign policy matters. It's down as far as rumors about cabinet members calling him an idiot. Supposedly one of Kelly's jobs was to stop the admin from leaking on itself.

This is all indicative of a highly dysfunctional administration, not a deep state.
