I see zero promises there. If the GDP grows, we'll grow.


Any company can say that. I haven't seen many experts expecting material increases in GDP because of this bill, so his not even promise means just about nothing. Unless you consider 0.7% a material increase.



The Tax Policy Center released an analysis of GOP tax bill's economic impact. The TPC found that the bill would only boost GDP by 0.7% in 2018, well short of growth promised by Republicans. The bill would also add $1.23 trillion to the federal deficit over 10 years, even when adding in new revenue from economic growth
