Actually 123M full time but it's picking nits and beside the point that RQs
only desire was to take yet another childish and insulting shot at Tuck by using a lower figure he likely knew was misleading, all in an effort to simply dismiss this good news for those 2M people as "no big deal". Good luck with that message resonating with those 2M and the folks that are happy for them.
The question of how many, and more importantly how much they got last year is a valid one (although I suspect you wouldn't like the answer). Next year is actually less important since those tax cuts (if we take the Cos. at their word that this is why, and we have no reason to dispute that) won't go away. So that money will still be available to Cos. It will go somewhere. It could be bonuses again. More likely IMO that part will go into higher salaries (so yes a changing behavior). And some will go into lower prices, some into dividends, buybacks, etc.
Sure there's some PR going on here, even though the left never doubts that PR when it sends a message they like. But that doesn't make the bonuses and the cash available to Cos. going forward any less real.
