Game. As for the effects -- it depends on how long and whom you are talking about.

Nice diminishment of the millions of public servants and federal contractors nationwide too. I guess those honest souls and their families are less important.

Other than them, I'd say Dreamers care, as do families on the Children's Health Fund, or anyone who needs to get in touch with a federal office for any number of reasons.
