I don't know FISA rules, so I can't comment. I suspect most can't, unless
there are a bunch of FISA warrant experts around. Does this break any rules?
When you get a warrant for anything, isn't it just based on reasonable suspicion? If it is already 100% verified, can't you just prosecute someone without a warrant?
I still don't get it. The dossier raised real suspicions from what I understand, and some of it has been proven to be true.
