Make it harder for them to buy guns capable of such easy mass killing.

ANYONE who snaps can go to their local gun's and guitars, buy enough weaponry and ammo to easily kill dozens with almost no way to stop them. If you couldn't pick up an AR-15 at Gun's & Guitars, would people still find a way to get an AR 15 on the black market? Sure, but it would be a lot harder and more expensive and add another point in the process for a such a person to be caught BEFORE they kill a bunch of people. The Parkland shooter was a mentally deficient 18 year old with the mental capacity of a 12 year old. If he couldn't easily buy an AR-15 legally at a local store, he wouldn't have the wherewithal to get one on the black market without getting caught. And his shooting rampage would have likely been far less deadly. It's not a hard concept to grasp if you think about it. I know that's a foreign concept for you.

Plus you have THE ENTIRE REST OF THE WORLD that doesn't allow ordinary citizens to own weapons capable of such mass killing, and surprise, they have far fewer mass shootings.
